Finally, after 2 years. of intended or unintended plagiarism, prof Gh Grigoras from the "Al.I.Cuza" Univ. of Iasi, Romania indirectly accepted that he was using pages from the paper of Tom Niemann in process of preparing one of his course concerning Compiling Techniques. See Academic Dishonestities. If needed, more pages from that course will be added. The name of Tom Niemann did not appear on the Reference page of the published e-book.
