  • Set up mailing list. Perhaps a permanent Hackathon mailing list at haskell.org?
  • Set up IRC channel.
  • Add hotel and airport info to wiki page.
  • Send announcement. See Hac4/Announce.
  • Book rooms.
  • Send reminder.
  • Get NOMAD guest accounts.
