I'm trying to move to a scheme where accounts can be created by anyone but need to be approved by a human. New account creation has been disabled again. Despite CAPTCHAs we get a lot of spam again. I'm trying to move to a scheme where accounts can be created by anyone but need to be approved by a human. In the mean time, the login page lists whom to email to get an account. —Nominolo 22 September 2012.
