Chlor is a highlevel Haskell vector graphics framework for non-interactive diagrams and charts. It has the following properties:
- pure-Haskell code
- reusable highlevel components
- support for file formats like PDF, SVG, EPS, etc.

- anchor: a top/left coordinate
- dimension: width and height
