How do people feel about
#!/usr/bin/env runhaskell
\begin{code}
import Distribution.Simple
main = defaultMain
\end{code}
instead of
#!/usr/bin/env runhaskell
> import Distribution.Simple
> main = defaultMain

#!/usr/bin/env runhaskell
import Distribution.Simple
main = defaultMain
