OS X support for ghc and the Haskell Platform isn't quite where we want it.
this will list a grab bag of ideas to improve.
these don't cover fundamental improvements to ghc that need to be implemented on some platform first before spreading to others.
1. get ghc full support for 64-bit OS X (including Snow Leopard)
2. allow cabal to produce app bundles.
